I have been following the development of this framework for the past year at least and now that there is a draft I read every word. It was a lot of work and grueling hours of work to get something like this that both a Company like DuPont and an NGO could accept. I do not think that all NGO's would have done the same things of reached a balanced approach as this seems to me. What has been developed makes a lot of sense, in fact, in many ways just follows good product stewardship and logic in developing a new material, product and then commercializing. Good work and good luck with finalization and implementation.
