The Framework is thorough and addresses the important issues. It is way too long to be a working document for anyone but the assigned product steward. The "Boxes" contain helpful summaries. The worksheets could be useful and a means to divide the work among responsible parties. A Failure Mode and Effect Analysis could be a useful way to identify and mitigate the most significant hazards.
